What are Coffee Blends?

Coffee blends are batches of coffee from two or three origin countries mixed and roasted according to a recipe. We carefully develop blends to produce the complex, rich flavors that are not possible with coffee from a single country alone. While each country's coffee is a wonderful experience, the possibilities are endless when it comes to expertly crafting blends with coffees from all over the world. This is where the word "Artisan" comes in. We call our coffee artisan coffee because like artisans, we explore, learn, test and hand craft coffee blends every day. We never use fillers and cheap beans to make up our blends. Our joy is producing the best artisan coffee possible, and bringing it to you.
