If you need to return or exchange an item, Coffee Wholesale USA offers an online return system to make the process quick and easy. We will handle your return by either promptly exchanging the item or issuing a credit/refund. The following items outline the steps you must take to request a return or exchange. Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
The following terms and conditions apply to RMAs and exchanges:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of your receipt. Exceptions to this are damaged and defective items, which have a separate return policy (see below).
• Returned merchandise must be in sellable condition, with manufacturer’s original packaging.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Coffee machines and water coolers are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged products
If your package arrives and is damaged, please notify us via our contact form, or call us at (866) 570-0498 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time. Claims against a common carrier must be filed by us. Save all packaging for inspection and claims processing.
Viewing your RMA request
You can view the status of your request at the Returns Center under the Your Returns tab after you have entered your e-mail and order number.
Processing your RMA
• Ensure your return package meets our Terms and Conditions before shipping.
• Ship your return package insured via any shipping carrier of your choice. Please save all tracking information received.
• Note: Only return packages to the address provided on the label. Returning a package to an address not listed on the RMA may cause delays in receiving your refund or exchange.
• Your replacement/refund will be sent once we have received the return package.
